NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is an upcoming action/fighting game developed by CyberConnect2 and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is scheduled to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 17, 2023.
The game features a roster of over 130 playable characters, including all past characters from the STORM series, as well as new characters such as Ashura and Indra Otsutsuki, and Boruto Uzumaki (Karma). Also, the game features an improved network battle experience, with new features such as a Simple mode option that makes it easier for players to perform combos. Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is a 3D fighting game where players control their favorite Naruto characters in dynamic arena battles. The game features a variety of gameplay mechanics, including:
- Melee attacks: Players can chain together basic attacks to create combos.
- Ninjutsu: Players can use chakra to perform powerful ninjutsu attacks.
- Substitution jutsu: Players can use substitution jutsu to quickly evade attacks.

Story Modes: Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections
The game features two different story modes: a new original story mode, and a “Rivalry” mode:
- A new original story set in the Boruto era, in which Boruto meets a mysterious girl in an online game. And then becomes involved in a great battle that threatens the entire ninja world.
- A recut and combined version of the Naruto and Sasuke rivalry story. This will be from the beginning of Naruto’s story up to the final battle of the series.
The game also features an improved network battle experience and a new Simple mode option that makes it easier for players to perform ninjutsu combos.
